2. Implementation of Library Policies and Procedures:Circulate library collection.
   Develop and preserve the collection.
   Conduct inventory checks and maintenance.
   Assist in planning library schedules.
   Liaise with suppliers for the purchase and delivery of library resources.
   
3. Management of Library Facilities:Manage library facilities for staff meetings.
   Display pupils' artworks for library showcase.
   
4. Preparation of Reports:Prepare monthly, termly, and semesterly reports on library usage, loan statistics, collection profiles, etc.
   
5. Support and Management of Library Programs:Promote library collection, services, and activities.
   Coordinate and support extensive reading programs.
   Conduct library orientation and user education programs.
   Promote special events managed by the School Library Committee.
   
6. Parent Volunteer Management:Manage parent volunteers for library programs, events, and activities.
   
7. Assistance to Teachers:Provide assistance to teachers in library activities, including Values in Action (VIA) initiatives.
   
8. Other Duties:Perform any other tasks assigned by Teacher-In-Charge, Administration Manager, and School Leaders.
   

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

• Minimum GCE 'O' level certificate.
• At least 3 years of experience working in a library.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

About the Role

As a Social Media Assistant, you will be taking care of our social media platform and be involve in ideation to video creation. You will also get the opportunity to attend media invites.

This role is available for Eatbook, MS News, Uchify, Zula.

What you will do:

• Take charge of the content that is produced on our Instagram and Tik Tok channels
• Strategize ways to develop trending content
• Plan detailed schedules to film and upload content regularly
• Take visually aesthetic photographs and come up with visually pleasing infographics to support our editorial pieces
• Aid in the production of social media deliverables on Instagram and TikTok

You should possess:

• Aesthetic eye for content
• Strong interest and familiarity with Instagram and Tik Tok – always in the know on the trends
• Have a relevant videography and photography portfolio
• Can shoot and edit both videos and photos (basic proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop is a must)
