Full Job Description

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to collaborate closely with the Brand Manager to develop and implement strategic content plans. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for designing content, adhering to brand guidelines, and managing content calendars. Key responsibilities include developing a detailed monthly content calendar, managing content schedules, and making necessary adjustments based on client feedback. Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop and Cap Cut is essential, while knowledge of Adobe Illustrator,After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus. The role demands excellent time management, a proactive work ethic, and strong communication skills. Candidates should be fluent in English and certified in relevant fields, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing original content for social media platforms, including text, images, graphics, captions, and short videos, adhering to brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Planning and scheduling content distribution on designated social media platforms according to a pre- approved content calendar.
• Making adjustments and revisions to content as requested by the Client, within reasonable limits.
• Coming up with a comprehensive monthly content calendar detailing specific dates and times for scheduled posts, including 8-12 posts per brand.

Required Experience:

• Canva, Photoshop, Capcut:Required
• Adobe After Effects: Added advantage
• Adobe Illustrator: Added advantage
• Adobe Premiere Pro: Added advantage
• Create and manage captions and transitions for social media content.
• Design social media posts, with designs reviewed by the Brand Manager to ensure timely posting.

As a Social Media Manager with The Purest Group, you will work closely with our Content Strategists to execute creative ideas aligned with the brand guidelines and standards, engaging the user while staying true to the brand vision.

You should be familiar with the basic principles of various social media platforms (including but not limited to Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube, etc.), have a good eye for design, be capable of working under pressure, and have strong attention to detail. You should also be confident in making creative decisions independently on the projects and accounts under your charge.

Main Job Requirements:

• Content Ideation: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and social media innovations to develop fresh ideas and keep our our content engaging and relevant.

Roles and Responsibilities

Account Management:

• Creates strong, compelling, and strategic plans, and recommend how digital and on ground channels can be used to integrate consumer journey

• Serve as the lead point of contact for all current clientele and its active projects.

• Develop trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders on the clientele end and build meaningful and engaging relationships with the clientele's key decision-makers, influencers and end-users.

• Project manage and ensure the timely, successful and profitable delivery of our clients' creative solutions according to their business needs and objectives

• Be the champion for the client's campaign and an informed expert on the products and solutions. Contribute effectively in any incoming brief/project discovery phase - discover and identify client's business pain points, SWOT, landscape.

• Collaborate with creative and strategy team to identify new ideas and be an effective team member for the ongoing ideation of new business and creative solutions

Event Management:

• Establish a deep-rooted understanding of the client’s unique event needs and requirements. This includes providing necessary floor plans, conducting a site inspection, liaising with service providers etc.

• Attentively service clients, by understanding and responding to clients in a perceptive, relevant, and confident manner.

• Help plan an event in accordance with client objectives and requirements, and proactively identify and address gaps and potential problems based on the venue’s capability.

• Events management from roundtable, conference, hospitality and appreciation events.

• Project Management, Budgeting and Post Report are being manage end to end.

• Negotiate and liaise with third-party vendors/caterers for quotations and event setup requirements

• Work as part of a team to execute events flawlessly, troubleshoot and problem-solve on-site, and also manage and service clients throughout.

• Acquire a good understanding of company capabilities and services and effectively communicates all offerings to the client

• Provides regular updates on all account activities, including project status and inquiries, on a weekly basis.

Requirements

• At least 3-4 years of relevant experience in MICE, Hospitality/Tourism, integrated marketing agency environment or a relevant industry

• Strong client-centric

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Independent personal motivation and initiative, as well as discipline and good judgment

• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure

• Demonstrable organizational skills, with a good eye for detail
