Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute company’s in-house monthly news bulletin and quarterly magazine in consultation with the Editorial Board;
• Prepare daily news to be sent out to crew on-board vessels;
• Work with in-house Graphic Designer and Web Developer in maintaining company website and other publicity materials;
• Prepare and assist the Communications team for various branding and/or media related report, memos and presentations;
• Proofread various branding and/or media related reports, memos and presentations;
• Assist in creating engagement campaigns;
• Attend to communication-related requirements and queries of the Corporate Strategy Team; and
• Perform ad hoc duties as and when necessary.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma Holder
• Candidates with one to two years of similar experience in ship management companies or related industries will have an added advantage. However, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Has excellent written and oral communication skills
• Has Good computer knowledge

Position: Social Media Marketing Assistant

Role and Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Manage and grow our social media presence on Instagram and TikTok.

•⁠ ⁠Develop engaging short videos to promote our restaurant brands and campaigns.

•⁠ ⁠Design posters, menus, and other visual content using Canva or Adobe Suite to enhance our brand’s online and in-store experience.

Preferred Skills:

•⁠ ⁠Basic video editing experience.

•⁠ ⁠Familiarity with Canva for simple designs.

•⁠ ⁠Basic knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

Roles and Responsibilities Include Housekeeping, and Onsite Event Assistant:

Pre or Post Housekeeping Duty:

1. Sweep and mop floors to maintain a clean and tidy environment.
2. Rearrange tables and chairs as needed for events or daily setup.
3. Wipe down surfaces, including tables and countertops, to ensure cleanliness.
4. Properly dispose of waste and empty trash bins regularly.
5. Assist in maintaining overall order and cleanliness in the designated area.
6. Report any maintenance issues or concerns to the supervisor.

Event Assistant Duty:

1. Assist onsite client with IT issues such as connecting to projector and sound system.

Our preferred candidate should have the following qualifications:

• Technical Savy
• A positive attitude and a strong commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction and ability to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere infused with high energy and enthusiasm
• Ability to work with young children and their families
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public/school holidays
• Capability to stand/walk for extended periods
• Past experience in customer-facing roles is a plus

Working Hours: Minimum 2 Hrs per event schedule (Ad-Hoc)

Hourly Rate: $8.00/- to $12.00/- per hour
