Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute pre-event and post-event operations meetings
• Liaise with venue management to ensure events are properly staffed
• Produce detailed proposals for events (timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing, and budgets)
• Manage and coordinate suppliers and all event logistics (for example, venue, catering, travel) Itinerary planning, reservations, and booking etc
• Provide on-site support for events
• Monitor event activities to ensure the client and event attendees are satisfied
• Generate and collate invoices for payment to vendors
• Certain administrative work will be expected

Job Requirements:

• Proficient in MS Office Application
• Experience in events management will be an added advantage
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Must be creative and able to prioritize tasks in the face of many challenges.

This role is pivotal in driving new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and ensuring revenue growth in the media space. The selected candidate will work with a confidential and strategic project that requires discretion, innovation, and an exceptional understanding of the media industry.

• Develop and implement tailored media sales strategies aligned with the goals of a confidential project, ensuring a focus on achieving revenue targets.
• Build, manage, and nurture relationships with high-level clients in various industries, ensuring long-term partnerships.
• Pitching & Presentations: Create and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to potential clients, emphasizing the unique offerings and value of the project.
• Conduct in-depth research to identify new business opportunities, target markets, and client needs to drive project success.
• Proactively identify, secure, and close new business deals, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets for the project.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, project management, and leadership to ensure the seamless execution of the project and client deliverables.

• Exceptional sales skills, including lead generation, relationship building, negotiation, and closing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive sales proposals and presentations.
• Ability to think creatively and adapt strategies to meet the specific needs of the confidential project.
• Experience in managing and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, media buying platforms, and digital sales tools.
