Responsibilities:

• Work directly with the customer to understand application constraints and performance criteria to translate their needs into design requirements optimized for 3D Printing
• Implement generative design and topology optimization techniques to enhance efficiency and material utilization and ensure that parts designed consider factors such as build orientation, support structures, and material characteristics
• Generate and finalize part design and assist process engineers to develop proper manufacturing processes
• Stay abreast of advancements in metal 3D printing technologies, materials, and design methodologies and continuously evaluate and integrate new tools and techniques to improve design processes and outcomes

Qualifications：

• Master in mechanical engineering or similar technical discipline
• 3+ years in metal 3D printing
• Experience using Additive Manufacturing Software such as Materialise Magics
• Familiarity with a range of additive manufacturing materials and their properties
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think innovatively in the context of additive manufacturing
• Excellent communication skills for effectively conveying design concepts and collaborating with team members
• Willing to travel (25% of time)

Key Responsibilities:

· Content Creation & Strategy: Setting content strategy and driving engagement on our social platforms targeted at corporate clients. Develop and implement engaging social media content that aligns with the bank's brand and marketing goals, ensuring posts are optimized for reach and virality.

· Content Production: Oversee the creation of multimedia content, including videos, graphics, and written posts, ensuring high-quality and engaging material that resonates with the target audience.

· Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, fads, and platform updates to incorporate into the bank's social media strategy.

· Audience Engagement: Build and foster a community around the bank’s social media channels by actively engaging with followers and responding to feedback.

· Platform Mastery: Utilize expertise in social media algorithms to adapt content strategies that maximize organic reach and engagement.

· Performance Tracking: Analyze social media metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies to improve performance, engagement, and conversion rates.

· Bilingual Content: Create, review, and post content in both English and Chinese to effectively engage a diverse audience.

· Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including design and marketing, to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.

· Campaign Management: Support marketing campaigns by generating content tailored for social media that enhances reach and campaign effectiveness.

· Creative Experimentation: Regularly test new ideas and formats to stay ahead of the curve and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

· Experience: Demonstrated experience in social media management and content creation. Experience working with financial institutions is a plus. Familiarity with the use of various AI and design tools in content production.

· Skills: Strong understanding of backend algorithms for major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, WeChat).

· Creativity: Proven ability to create content that captivates and drives engagement.

· Analytical Skills: Data and results-oriented with the ability to analyse key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions.

· Language Proficiency: Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

· Personal Presence: Strong social media following that reflects knowledge and execution of successful content strategies.
