Position: WORK FROM HOME - Client Success Consultant (Social Media Marketing/Proficiency in LinkedIn)
Location: WFH
Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays | 9am to 6pm
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5,500 + Variable Bonus (Average of 1 Month) + Performance Bonus (Up to 3 Months) + 14 Days Annual Leave + Free ONE WEEK OFF during Year End + Transport allowance (reimbursable for Meetings, Events etc.)

Responsibilities:

Marketing strategy, including advising clients on building a positive and high-impact brand presence and driving performance marketing results on digital and social platforms.
Prepare presentations and proposals that deliver concise analysis, insights, and results across the client’s social media activities to inform strategic decision making.
Account servicing, including direct interfacing with clients via video conferencing, voice calls, emails and face-to-face meetings to support them as a trusted, value-adding partner.
This includes managing multiple client stakeholders, including regional and local teams.
Project management, including managing assigned client projects to ensure that the agreed outcomes are achieved on time and on budget.
This may involve developing project timelines, managing resources and preparing budgets as directed.
Partnership management, including developing creative briefs and interfacing with downstream partners as required to deliver on assigned projects.
