Job Description:
-Oversee and grow our social media presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and XHS.
-Manage a content calendar for consistent posting of daily content, including posts, stories, and videos, to boost engagement, brand awareness, and community interaction.
-Create compelling, on-brand content (posts, stories, videos) tailored to the interests of pet owners and pet industry enthusiasts.
-Utilize AI tools and other creative software (e.g., CapCut, Jianying, Adobe Premiere, Canva) to produce high-quality video content for various social media platforms and campaigns which aligns with the brand’s visual and messaging guidelines.
-Monitor and actively engage with online communities, respond to customer queries, comments, and DM in a timely and personable manner so as to strengthen brand loyalty and satisfaction.

Requirement:
-1-2 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management, ideally in the pet or lifestyle industry.
-Proven experience in digital content creation and managing social media platforms.
-Proficiency in video production and editing tools such as Capcut, Jianying, Adobe -Strong creativity and storytelling abilities.
-Excellent organizational and time management skills.
-Solid understanding of social media platforms and trends.
-Knowledge of AI tools is a plus.

How your day looks like?

Sales and Business Development

• Proactively identify, target, and secure event sales opportunities, including corporate events, weddings, social gatherings.

• Collaborate with internal teams, including catering, banquet operations, and audiovisual, to ensure smooth event execution.
• Oversee event details, including menus, layouts, timelines, and special requests, ensuring all requirements are met.
• Conduct site inspections and showcase event spaces to prospective clients.

Administrative Duties

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client communications in the CRM system.
• Provide timely reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
• Assist in creating marketing materials and packages for event sales promotion.

This role is pivotal in driving new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and ensuring revenue growth in the media space. • Develop and implement tailored media sales strategies aligned with the goals of a confidential project, ensuring a focus on achieving revenue targets.
• Build, manage, and nurture relationships with high-level clients in various industries, ensuring long-term partnerships.
• Pitching & Presentations: Create and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to potential clients, emphasizing the unique offerings and value of the project.

Media Buying (Offline and/or Online)

• The day-to-day media buying for the agency
• Deliver excellent master contract pricing through negotiation and relationships with media owners, wherever applicable
• Develop understanding of client business and role of online in delivering objectives ways of working from planning to getting approval and billing process
• Deliver added value opportunities across clients wherever possible
• Book all campaigns according to the brief (with confirmed media) and ensure financials are correct.
• Monitor campaign delivery and reconcile any under deliveries.
• Assist with auditing process across specific client base.
• Follow through the closed job for invoicing process (incl. (proof of ads, supplier invoices, TV reporting, signed schedule)
• Constantly monitor performance and delivery of ad server and vendor reporting. 
• Monitor and report on clients’ expenditure update by campaign by media, if needed
• Keep track of clients’ media master contract fulfilments.
• Work closely with Planners to ensure all the media plans are as per latest MOCO template and make sure all elements are incorporated.
• Prepare CI for all mediums and help Planners manage all material submission timelines.

Billing Admin

Manage the media billing processes which involves,

• Co-coordinating with media planning teams on billing instructions
• Processing billing instructions with finance/shared service teams
• Mapping vendor invoices against billing instructions
• Resolving billing discrepancies with relevant stakeholders e.g. media vendors, media, finance and shared service teams
• Billing status monitoring and reporting
• Media plan actualization and reconciliation on monthly basis. Support Planners to update the media plans based on actualized amount.
• Participate in finance WIP & Precision billing meetings to make sure Client's invoices get processed and meet billing timelines.
• Maintain co-ownership of WIP report with finance team, ensure that jobs are progressively reconciled and closed

Other billing requirements include,

• Support requirements for onboarding of new suppliers
• Ensure 100% billing completion before end of following month of activity
• Resolve/respond to client billing queries
