• Provide full spectrum of support to the ladyboss
• Involve in the children’s learning plans and school work, includes coaching to complete the daily tasks
• Be the main point of contact for the children’s school and classes
• Pick up the children to/ from school or learning centres
• Plan and execute family activities, including helper/driver management, children’s activities and overseas travel arrangements if require
• Coordinate with landlord and/or workers for home repairs if required
• Receive packages and deliveries
• Oversee domestic helpers (purchase their food, assign work to helpers, manage payroll and rest days)
• Assist parents in home-school communication, handle school emails, complete tasks assigned by the school to parents, choose extracurricular classes, effect feedback and teacher communication, translation, etc.
• Treat all children with dignity and respect and allow for individual differences.
• Provide an atmosphere of acceptance and caring for each child and show as much individual attention as possible to each child.
• Be familiar with and adhere to the programme policies, health and safety regulations and emergency procedures and be ready to implement these if necessary.

• Working hours is flexible and discussable, ideally 9:30am - 4:30pm

Content Creation:Your primary task involves creating engaging and relevant content tailored to the Association's niche in strata management. This content can include blog posts, articles, social media posts, videos, infographics, and more. You'll need to understand the industry jargon and communicate complex concepts in a clear and accessible manner.

Social Media Management:You'll be responsible for managing the company's social media accounts across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and possibly others. This involves crafting posts, scheduling content, responding to comments and messages, and maintaining a consistent brand voice and image.

Audience Engagement:Driving audience engagement is crucial for building a loyal following and increasing brand awareness. You'll need to monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and actively engage with the audience by responding promptly, addressing queries, and fostering discussions.

Community Building:Building a community around the company's brand involves creating and nurturing relationships with followers, customers, industry influencers, and other stakeholders. You'll facilitate discussions, organize online events like webinars or Q&A sessions, and collaborate with relevant partners to expand the company's reach.

Content Strategy:Developing a comprehensive content strategy is essential for achieving long-term goals and maintaining consistency across platforms. Responsibilities:

· Formulation and implementation of the marketing plan across digital, offline and social platforms to drive awareness and leads generation.

· Effectively project manage assigned marketing campaigns in their entirety - from planning through to tracking and reporting on return on investment.

· Research on market trends, market opportunity, and competitor and target customer analysis to inform future value propositions.

· Strategise and create content across various social media channels to increase brand awareness (incl creating creative & copy), editing photography, gifs, short video editing, stickers, stories (live + designed/posted), filming of short videos

· Design promotional materials

· Day to Day management of all social accounts including engaging consumers, responding to questions or complaints, and to promoting company initiatives through socials or digital communication channels

· Participate in ad hoc projects as required.

Requirements:

Specific Tasks:

Echo (Quarterly Issue):

1. Initial Editing: Review and edit the first draft of Echo.
2. Collaborative Review: Coordinate with the Echo team and Advisor to incorporate changes and feedback.
3. Quality Assurance: Verify that all revisions are accurately implemented before submission to Blueskies.
4. Artwork Management: Manage updated artwork requests and confirm final artwork for printing.

School Magazine (Annual Publication):

1. Pagination Preparation: Organize pagination for the School Magazine.
2. Content Coordination: Liaise with the School Magazine Committee to address article submissions and necessary revisions.
3. Expert Consultation: Offer professional advice to the Committee on magazine specifications and artistic direction.
4. Vendor Collaboration: Work closely with vendors on design, layout, and artistic direction.
5. Production Management: Ensure timely submission of articles and materials according to production schedules.
6. Proofreading Oversight: Collaborate with vendors to ensure accurate implementation of required changes.
7. Quality Assurance: Verify error-free, print-ready final proofs before publication.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in English Language, publishing, media, or related field.
• Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Language Skills: Excellent command of the English language.
• Work Ethic: Methodical approach, attention to detail, ability to multitask.
