• Use relevant marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics to understand clients’ digital marketing performance and propose solutions to clients

Duration of Service:

• Contract Period: From 4 June 2024 to 3 June 2025

Personnel Deployment Hours:

• Mondays to Fridays: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm (including a 0.5hr lunch break)

Scope of Services:

1. Printing and photocopying of exam papers and important documents for distribution to staff, students, and management.
2. Ensuring printed documents are of good quality and maintaining confidentiality.
3. Timely completion of all printing requests.
4. Planning procurement of printing papers and accessories.
5. Receiving and verifying deliveries of printing papers and accessories.
6. First-tier handling of machine malfunctions.
7. Collation of paper according to staff needs.
8. Disposal of used carton boxes and old newspapers.
9. Maintaining inventory of ink cartridges and ordering when levels are low.
10. Assisting in coordinating maintenance/repair works with suppliers when required.
11. General administrative duties.
12. Any other duties assigned by the reporting officer.
