Job Responsibilities

• Conduct interesting and engaging English lessons, with structured materials written by our in-house Curriculum team
• Meticulously mark and return students’ work on time
• Keep track of students’ progress and provide constructive feedback to facilitate their improvement
• Create a safe and positive learning environment, embodying a growth mindset to guide and nurture students
• Build rapport with parents and update them on their child’s academic and personal progress
• Attend Professional Development Meetings once a week

Job Requirements

• At least 1 year work experience, preferably in teaching English and/or writing in a school or learning centre
• A Degree from a reputable university, preferably in related fields of Law, Arts, Humanities, Social Sciences or Communications
• Excellent academic track record, particularly in English and General Paper (GP)
• Passionate about teaching English and writing to primary and secondary school students
• Willing to develop skills and strategies to teach and support students of differing levels and learning
• Willing to adopt TWC's ethos and pedagogy
• Excellent work ethic
• Good interpersonal and communications skills to effectively engage all stakeholders
• Able to teach and mark effectively, managing a workload of up to 6-8 classes weekly
• Able to work 2-3 days a week, including 1 weekend - remuneration will be commensurate with experience and number of classes contracted for

Event Planner

Basic $2800 - $3000 + commission

5.5 days work ,Mon to Fri 9.30am – 6pm, Saturday 9.30am-1.30pm , Weekends & PH need to work if have events (off in lieu provided)

This position is responsible for the planning and execution of Food and Beverage Events for our catering services.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond to email enquiries pertaining to corporate & wedding events and advise clients on feasibility
• Prepare customized proposals and planning of the event flow with the clients
• Establish new sales opportunities using various sales prospecting channels
• Liaise with internal stakeholders for the execution of the event accordingly to the timeline
• Work closely with the Chefs to come up with creative ideas and bespoke food menus
• Conduct site inspections when necessary prior to the commencement of the event
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirement:

• Diploma/Degree in Events Management
• Able to commit weekends and Public holidays if required
• Training provided
