Monitor & supervise daily work activities. Ensure all Storekeepers follow strictly to working hours & break-time.
And coordinate with the Warehouse Manager on the delivery/receiving date and make arrangements for the goods to be stored away， ensure that safety & security measures for the warehouse is at the highest standard，organize and maintain Goods Inventory records and maximize storage areas.
Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the warehouse.
To ensure all Reach trucks & equipment are in good working condition.
Able to coordinate daily work activities & prepare all customers’ orders for deliveries. Plan & Organize to deploy Storekeepers in their daily work assignments effectively.
Continuously improve warehouse operations through correct work and safe practices.
To perform any other ad-hoc duties as & when required by Superior.
