88C2 Pte Ltd is a franchisee of “Canadian 2 for 1 Pizza Singapore” and we’re looking for a Store Manager to join us!
This position reports to the Director and will be in charge of leading all aspects of the business. Your main responsibilities will include maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals. You will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards. Through this program, you’d be able to develop high management skills and experience both front and back of the business - overseeing the floor operations, oversee food prep, comply with health and safety restaurant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Individual to be involved in:
1. Coordinate daily front and back of the restaurant operations
2. Deliver superior service and maximise customers satisfaction
3. Respond efficiently and accurately to customers complaints
4. Regularly review product quality
5. Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products 6. Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
7. Manage restaurant and brands’ good image and suggest ways to improve it
8. Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
9. Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses 10. Train new employees on proper customer service practices 11. Implement polices and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
