Responsibilities:
Efficient Resource Management:
• Review and craft workflows, staff requirements, space allocations, equipment layouts, and action plans that align with the organization's productivity and quality goals.
• Dynamically plan and allocate staff effectively based on demands and fluctuations.
• Provide training and guidance to ensure operational excellence. • Enforce compliance with operational procedures and documentation, adapting as needed to address changing priorities.
• Analyse inventory movements to optimize stock level and minimize wastages.
• Implement inventory control measures to ensure stock integrity. • Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment as needed.

Delivery Management:
• Oversee various teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products and services.
• Analyse order fulfilment requirements and propose enhancements with customer satisfaction in mind.
• Monitor and manage third-party logistics performance. Continuous Improvement and Compliance:
• Identify, monitor and report warehouse performance metrics
• Collaborate with team leads and analyst to achieve operational milestones.
• Implement and oversee warehouse automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
• Reduce carbon footprint through end-to-end processes, promoting environmentally sustainable practices in all aspects of warehouse operations.
Safety and Facility Management:
• Adhere to safety regulations established by the Safety Officer and uphold 5S maintenance principles in all activities.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and premises security.
JOB PREREQUISITES
1. Minimum Academic Qualifications:
• Diploma in Operations/Logistics Management or equivalent
2. Minimum Relevant Job Experience:
• Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in warehouse and production environment
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management and logistics
