• At least 3 years of inventory planning or procurement experience preferably in the automotive industry handling spare parts & accessories.
• Experience using SAP software
• Good MS EXCEL skills.
• Ability to drive ad hoc projects and collaborate with all stakeholders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently.

Job Responsibilities:

• To optimize inventory
• Maintain good procurement suppliers’ relationship for the company
• Convert purchase requisition, issue PO to suppliers, follow-up backlog with suppliers
• Ensure part availability according to pre-defined Service Level
• Work closely with all BUs within the supply chain, including Head Quarter in Europe.
• Inventory analysis (service degree, stock depth, surplus stock, aging stock etc.)
• Prepare weekly/monthly inventory report
• Undertake any ad hoc project and initiatives as assigned by the Management
• Initiate action plans to improve current process, as well as cost saving
