- Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts and terms.
- Monitor and manage supplier performance and relationships.
- Oversee the procurement process, from requisition to delivery and payment.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
- Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with business needs.
- Manage and control procurement budgets and expenses.
- Generate reports and analysis on procurement KPIs and performance.
Requirements:
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of working experience in a managerial role.
- Prior experience in tender management, RFQ or RFP.
