Job Descriptions:
· Ensure goods are received, stored and issued in good condition.
· Perform day-to-day Store Activities including Receiving, Storing, Issuing and Shipping.
· Inventory Control of Raw Materials, Finished Goods, Packaging / Production consumables and Reject Materials.
· Requisition of packaging and production consumables.
· Housekeeping of the driveway and backyard.
· Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the warehouse at all times.
· Generate necessary reports on a monthly basis.
· Identify, alert and correspond with relevant parties on shipping discrepancies by the next working day from delivery.
· Liaise with purchaser with regard to packing materials, wooden case and pallet order.
· Liaise with external maintenance personnel with regard to forklift servicing and repair.
· Liaise with 3rd party logistics on delivery/receiving issue.
· Liaise with logistics department with regards to raw material & FG order.
Requirements:
· Minimum 2-3 years warehouse supervisory experience
· Valid forklift license or willing to undergo training to operate forklift
· Required to operate forklift and lift truck
· Physically fit and withstand working in non-aircon warehouse environment
