Ensuring consistent maintenance and preventive maintenance of all equipment in the outlet. Provide excellent customer experience Monthly Stock-take Researching new wholesale food suppliers and negotiating prices Calculating future needs in kitchenware and equipment and placing orders, as needed Managing and storing vendors’ contracts and invoices Responsible for new menu working with Japan head office
