Conducts daily and weekly meetings with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to review activities, activities, and schedules.
Oversees day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, sales floor staffing, department supervision, and merchandising.
Encourages and supports store staff in meeting sales, customer service, and stocking objectives.
Ensures smooth store flow, orderliness, and cleanliness.
Creates a positive store image through adherence to company policies and standards.
Able to handle pressure and maintain composure, especially during stressful situations.
