- PRIMARY FUNCTION
To assist supervisor on day to day operations and meeting daily delivery target.
- ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Delivery
2.1 To ensure all the delivery good is well packed before loaded to the truck
2.2 To delivered goods and quantity is according to the DO
2.3 To maintain the vehicle condition and ensure the truck with the right temperature before out for delivery
2.4 To manage the route for delivery to ensure the goods was delivered within the timeframe
2.5 To ensure all the DO was properly signed and complete before send to Finance department
2.6 Perform collection from the outlets (e.g return/reject goods or products)
2.7 Perform ad-hoc delivery (e.g Corporate orders)
2.8 To maintain vehicle log, good records and documents in accordance
2.9 To maintain cleanliness and wellness of the vehicle with regular cleaning and servicing
2.10 To comply with the land and transport regulations
2.11 Adherence to food safety, health and personal hygiene at all time
2.12 Ad hoc duties as delegated by the immediate superior Supervise
Warehouse
2.13 To assist in monthly stock take
2.14 To perform fulfillment base on the DO
2.15 Maintain and organize warehouse goods and cleanliness
2.16 Assist supervisor to receiving goods, including loading and unloading
2.17 To assist any other section or department when necessary
- MINIMUM EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
· Minimum primary education or related fields.
· Must possess a valid driving license
· Must possess a valid WSQ Follow Food & Beverage Safety and Hygiene Policies and Procedures
- RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
· Minimum 1 year of experience in delivering related to food manufacturing or commercial kitchens
· Familiar with Singapore’s road map and LTA regulations
· Experience in Goods Distribution Practice (GDP) is added advantage
