Roles and Responsibilities:
This role requires individual to work independently and with team members within a growing SME.
The roles and responsibility notwithstanding the following:
- Assist in overseeing the daily procurment & administration work
- Provide administrative support to daily operations work
- Data entry and updating of records to system
- Coordinate with product and document deliveries based on existing procedures and customer’s requirements
- Basic cost comparison analysis
- Enter inbound & outbound orders into system
- Management of accounting/inventory system
- Understand, plan and schedule procurement of goods/materials required
- Coordinate between different departments and sub-contractors to ensure order fulfilment and proper documentation and billing
- Verification of supplier's billings
- Handle office administrative work like scanning of documents, filing
- Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
- Data entry
Prerequisites:
- Ability to produce accurate and quality work within tight deadlines
- Able to work independently under minimum supervision
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines
- Possess at least secondary school GCE “O” level or Diploma equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years' working experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Word and Google Sheets
