Responsibilities:
- Execute procurement activities, including stock replenishment, purchase orders, and supplier coordination, to meet sales requirements.
- Expedite deliveries, resolve shortages, and handle quality/quantity issues, supplier returns, and invoice discrepancies.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts, enhance supplier relationships, and drive process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with import regulations, food safety standards, and product ingredient checks.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage expiry goods, and improve warehouse processes.
- Collaborate with headquarters in Japan and maintain accurate procurement documentation.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the superior.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in FMCG
- Minimun Diploma in Supply Chain or related
- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with import/export processes and food safety regulations is a plus.
Other Information:
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday 830am to 530pm
- Location: Tanjong Penjuru
- Company pick up bus at Jurong East MRT station
- Entitled to AWS and Performance Bonus
