As a Warehouse Logistics Officer, you are responsible for:-
- Maintain detailed records of inventory and transactions
- inventory levels and conducted regular stock checks
- Monthly inventory report
- Prepare monthly slow moving report of 3months ~.
- Coordinate and handle inbound & outbound shipments
- Record keeping of inbound & outbound shipments shipment photos/ video
- Goods/ Material received from suppliers, check label / qty and input to SAP system
- Coordinate for incoming quality inspection
- Put / organize receiving Goods/ Material to designated shelf/ location.
- Mat'l picking and kitting for production
- Goods Received from Production
- liaised with external suppliers on defective products/ material and internal quality inspection, necessary rework activities, and identify the process improvements to meet daily production targets as and when necessary.
- Processing incoming orders, goods picking.
- Pack, Label and arrange shipment based on individual customer requirements (packaging, labelling, shipping method)
- Liaise with sales teams regarding customer requirements for individual orders
- Prepare shipping/Export Documents (DO/ CI/ PKL)
- Preparation Custom declaration FORM D/AANZ/etc.) upon request.
- Palletize loose cargo for Sea and/or by Air shipment locally or overseas.
- Goods delivery to customer may require occasionally
