Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including stock on hand, ordered, and received.
- Perform regular stock audits and cycle counts to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
- Implement and maintain inventory management systems and software.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Monitor supplier performance and manage relationships to ensure consistent quality and reliability.
- Forecast demand and plan inventory levels to meet business needs while minimizing excess stock.
- Oversee the processing of incoming and outgoing orders.
- Ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Manage backorders and communicate with sales and customer service teams about order status.
Candidate Profile
Our ideal candidate will be one who has most of the below criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management
- At least 4 years’ in inventory management / warehouse management, handling finished goods within the Food & Beverage manufacturing and/or distribution industry
- Good exposure to SAP S4 Hana will be a bonus
- Excellent proficiency with MS Office suite
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide practical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
