Manage the spare parts receiving and inventory levels
Monthly and Weekly reporting comprising analysis of expenditure on spare parts
Implement & monitor spare parts management processes and procedures
Ensure cleanliness and optimum space management within warehouse
Develop and implement improvements in procedures, inclusive of safety within the warehouse
Supervision of warehouse staff, ensuring their compliance to procedures and processes
Manage upkeep and movement of company vehicles
Ensure accuracy and timely updates of records in Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Conduct regular physical counts of items in the warehouse to reconcile with CMMS data.
