Job Descriptions:
As a manager at Auntie Anne's, you will manage the operations of your outlet, and lead a team of 4-8 people. If you are passionate and driven, running an Auntie Anne's kiosk will challenge, excite, and reward you.
As an Auntie Anne's manager, you will:
- Ensure all kiosks achieve optimum level of Service, Quality and Profitability
- Manage, train and supervise teams for operational excellence
- Ensure smooth store operations, cash control and shift management
- Manage high performance of team and develop talents
- Manage inventory balance and ordering
- Ensure SOPs, safety and hygiene practice at all times
- Review and implement SOP for all restaurants
Requirements:
- A Degree, Diploma, Higher Nitec or Nitec in any discipline
- High energy and a strong passion for delighting customers
- Drive and resourcefulness to deliver results
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays (5.5-day work week)
- At least 3 years of outlet/store manager experience
