Job Description:
- Review purchase and material requisition, and issue purchase orders to suppliers.
- Liaise with suppliers / vendors to get quotation.
- Responsible for company vehicle road tax, COE, Insurance policies and etc.
- Handle application or renewal of company licences including ISO certificates.
- Manage foreign worker dormitory records and update in MOM website (OFWAS)
- Perform all general administrative tasks.
- Able to multitask and handle ad-hoc tasks.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Pleasant disposition with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates).
