Roles & Responsibilities
- Making sure vehicles are properly maintained & checking to ensure in clean condition
- Inspecting vehicles for damages, random checking on daily basis
- Arranging repairs and routine maintenance
- Ensuring that all drivers have valid license expiry date and ensure renewal on time
- Maintaining and completing accurate records of truck daily checklist
- Keeping schedules and organizing team members. Plan and schedule driver leave.
- Replying email after consulting and checking with operation manager on the operation issues
- Follow up on equipment delivery for roadshow. Arrange transporter for collection and delivery.
- Follow up on stock allocation to outlet and check on short shelf life clearance to drivers
- Any other duties assigned by operation manager and management
- Class 3 is an optional. But, best if have.
- Pick up and send warehouse staff to designated location
- Collect and deliver samples to customer location.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Min “N” Level or equivalent
- Knowledge in MS Office and Excel
- Proficient in English and Mandarin (To liaise with associates)
- Able to work under pressure and deadlines
- Preferably available immediately or within short notice
