Maintain proper purchase requisition documents and filing system
Perform full spectrum of administrative support functions
Generate and verify Purchase Order (PO).
Manage requestors’ requirements to ensure operational needs, track orders for timely delivery and quality of purchased products.
Monitoring and preparation of purchasing related reports.
Communicate and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
Review requested items for requisition and liaise with department supervisors to determine the suitability of the material as well as identify and / or track overdue material requests.
Experience in purchasing in Machine Equipment spare parts
Preparation of cost analysis sheet.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Degree or Diploma in supply chain management, procurement or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in Construction or Manufacturing industry.
Familiar with construction material and specification.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Ability to start work immediately or with short notice preferred.
