Responsibilities:

• Improve the efficiency of warehouse and admin processes.
• Engage with ground staff and leaders to identify processes needing improvement.
• Implement continuous improvement projects to reduce waste, improve productivity/safety/sustainability.
• Implement digital tools and techniques to improve efficiency and work environment.
• Present projects to customer for approval .
• Liaise with internal stakeholders for support and implementation.
• Achieve annual cost saving, green saving and process improvement targets set by management.
• Achieve annual continuous improvement target set by customer.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in engineering, supply chain, operations or related fields
• Minimum 1-3 years in warehouse operations or logistics services (Implement continuous improvement projects to reduce waste and improve productivity for warehosue operations)
• Expertise in general warehousing processes and operations dashboards.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) or any other digitalisation tools.
• Knowledge in warehouse management system, warehouse operations and order processing
• Problem solving mindset who can identify root cause and provide practical solutions

Responsibilities:

• In charge the day-to-day operations of the warehouse with multiple shipments, to see through completion of delivery including performing local delivery as necessary.
• Handle all incoming shipments.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, Maintain of computerized inventory records, Conduct Cycle count, Cleanness and Tidiness of warehouse.
• Follow established safety procedures and techniques to perform job duties including lifting, operating forklift, etc
• Process receiving, discrepancy, and damage reports as needed and move inventory to various locations manually and by operating mechanical equipment, including forklift, pallet jack.
• Order entry of customer PO into the system, order pick / pack and generating shipping documents and liaise with forwarders and customers on shipping details.
• Support cost-saving initiatives and process improvements, and perform any other assigned ad-hoc responsibilities.

Requirements:

· Experience in warehouse operation and supervising warehouse staff

· Experience in warehouse process improvement or warehouse project

· Proficient in computer skills ie. MS Office, Excel, SAP and WMS

· Possess good communication skills with both internal and external customers.
