Job Scope

• Ensure orders are accurate and ready for fulfilment by verifying order details and availability of stock.
• Pick items from inventory according to order requirements, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Pack products securely to minimize damage during shipping, adhering to company packaging standards.
• Monitor stock levels to ensure items are available for order fulfilment.
• Process returned items in accordance with company return policies.
• Communicate with the customer service team to resolve order-related issues such as delays, product damages, or order discrepancies.
• Maintain up-to-date records in the order management and inventory systems.
• Adhere to all safety protocols while handling products and packaging.
• Work closely with other departments to streamline operations and enhance customer experience.

Requirement

• NITEC in relevant field & above
• 0 – 2 years related experience in warehousing / logistics field

Job Scope

• Coordinate with operations team on store movement, inventory control and logistics.
• Plan the information flow for end-to-end warehouse processes from order initiation to receiving, handling, distribution, and storage.
• Attend to enquiries.
• Prepare billing to customers
• Analyze risks associated with different approaches of process changes.
• Manage cargo documentation process according to industry standards or sector requirements.
• Handlings other duties as assigned by management.

Requirement

• GCE N Level and above
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experiences in warehouse operations
• Possess Forklift License will be advantage
