Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee inventory management and allocation of chassis using FIFO principles
• Generate and submit daily/monthly performance and inventory reports to management
• Prepare and verify reports related to Sales (e.g., BCS A1, provisions for impairment) and perform SAP postings for Sales, Cost of Sales (COS), and Inventory
• Provide accurate monthly sales forecasts and order intake estimates to HQ logistics (including DSPT, rolling forecasts, and inventory time phases)
• Maintain an updated order book and ensure all orders are signed within authorized limits
• Control and monitor inventory (e.g., stock lists), keeping sales teams informed on availability and order status
• Prepare presentation slides for key meetings (Demand Review, Business Review Meetings)
• Facilitate the activation of release notes and coordinate with stakeholders for seamless implementation of the CM system
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum GCE “O” level with 1-2 years of working experience
• Strong in excel (vlookup, pivot table etc) and data crunching
• Accounting background is advantageous

Job Responsibilities:

Strategic

• Perform Spend Analysis to support sourcing strategy and annual plan development
• Perform study of supply market intelligence (market, vendor, product, commodity, etc)
• Drive procurement cost reduction initiatives
• Support the development and drive the implementation of Group Procurement strategies, policies and initiatives
• Contribute to the development of procurement planning processes
• Lead/Manage the procurement processes
• Drive the alignment of Divisional SOP to GPPA and ensure compliance to GPPA
• Drive and manage capability development and knowledge management

Operation

• Conduct tenders in accordance to Division SOP/GPPA and make recommendations to Tender Committee
• Understanding and influencing sourcing project / business requirements. Identify opportunities that focus on cost reductions, efficiencies/quality improvements, risk mitigation, industry and supply trends and shifts in technology
• Supplier Classification, Relationship Management and contract management
• Proactively work with Stakeholders and assist in or directly manage spend
• Know, understand and stay abreast of industry trends, benchmarks, best practices, etc.
• Monitor Strategic/key Suppliers to provide internal notifications and develop risk mitigation scenarios
• Analyze past and future demand volumes, inventory trends and current inventory levels
• Drive Procurement Digital Strategy (Digitization and Automation of processes) and reductions in Total Cost of Ownership (i.e. supply programs, catalogs)

Responsible Sourcing

• Supplier assessment and due diligence: Conduct assessments and audits of current and potential suppliers to evaluate their compliance with ethical, social, and environmental standards. Identify risks and areas for improvement and collaborate with suppliers to drive corrective actions
• Supplier performance monitoring: Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate supplier performance in responsible sourcing. Regularly monitor and evaluate supplier performance, providing feedback and guidance to drive continuous improvement
• Stakeholder engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including procurement, legal, sustainability, and operations teams, to ensure responsible sourcing practices are integrated into procurement processes
• Training and awareness: Conduct training programs to educate employees, suppliers, and other relevant stakeholders on responsible sourcing practices. Promote awareness and understanding of responsible sourcing throughout the organization
• Reporting and transparency: Prepare regular reports and metrics to track responsible sourcing performance. Ensure transparency by communicating progress, challenges, and achievements to internal and external stakeholders
• Continuous improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to responsible sourcing, collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to implement best practices, innovative approaches, and new technologies
