- Handling on customer service on different platforms
- Manage day to day operation includes return and refund
- Labelling & pasting sticker of E-commerce order
- Picking & packing of orders across different platforms
- Complete orders within the timeline to fulfill customer's order
- Preparing items for delivery
- General warehouse duties
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirement:
- Comfortable with non air-con environment
- Independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to read simple english to pack orders accordingly
- Responsible and able to commit fully, long term.
- Immediate or short notice period will be advantageous
- Physical duties required
- Knowledge on Qoo10, Lazada, Shopee will be an advantage
- No experience required but willing to learn
