- Organize the warehouse in a neat & tidy manner
- Daily cleaning of premise
- Make sure that there’s no discrepency for the asset and consumable
- Pre pack upcoming events equipment according to the event order and make sure that all is in order before handling over to staff going for the event
- Report discrepency to the superior and to follow up on the action taken
- Assist in running the event together with the superior.
- Record and submit the inventory report to the superior on weekly basis.
- Oblige to other Ad hoc duties given by the superior
- Need to be detailed and able to multitasking
