Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure a smooth flow of activities, quality, and efficiency
• Address and correct any mistakes made by team members to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
• Enforces adherence to 5S of warehousing
• Act as backup for delivery when insufficient manpower
• Provide feedback and guidance to team members on how to improve their performance
• Handles customer discrepancies by acting as the primary contact for reported issues and communicating them to the warehouse team for resolution
• Offer assistance in servicing and installation tasks when there is insufficient manpower
• Plan and allocate daily responsibilities to warehouse team members
• Optimize task assignments, such as designating one person for packing and others for rework or servicing, to enhance operational efficiency
• Guide and supervise junior/new staff ensuring they are familiar with SOP and Inventory System
• Ensure adherence to the First-In-First-Out (FIFO) inventory principle to maintain product freshness and minimize waste
• Monitor inventory levels and arrangements to identify slow-moving or stagnant stocks or items.
• Provide feedback to members, resolving members queries, conducting appraisals, and analysing member’s training needs
• Observe and suggests to the management of any possible improvements that streamlines the warehouse operations
• Ad hoc duties assigned by management

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 Years Experience
• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Able to carry heavy load up to 20kg
• Able to work effectively and efficiently individually and in a team
• Knowledge on 5S and WSH
• Singapore Class 3 Driving License
