Responsibilities
- Use statistical tools to collect historical data and forecast product demand.
- Place purchase orders with suppliers to replenish stock and prevent out-of-stock situations by closely monitoring inventory levels.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries and expedite shipments when necessary.
- Manage customer technical support cases via phone or email, liaising with suppliers if required.
- Maintain and update the product master database, collaborate with other departments on product-related activities, and generate reports with relevant statistics.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 - 3 years of Sales Support experience managing inventory forecast and replenishment
- Experience in Inventory Management
- Proficient in Ms Office and Ms Access with advance proficiency in Ms Excel
- Possess basic understanding of technical terms in product drawing
