Key Responsibilities
•Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy and sufficiency.
•Perform regular stock audits and maintain updated inventory records.
•Assist in the preparation of inventory reports using Microsoft Excel.
•Collaborate with the purchasing and logistics teams to coordinate stock replenishment.
•Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory systems.
•Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory procedures.
•Adapt to a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
•Handle ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities assigned by the manager.
Requirements
•Fresh graduate with a diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data analysis, and reporting).
•Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
•Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
•Good communication and teamwork skills.
•Able to work 5.5 days work week (Alternate Saturday).
•Ability to start work within a short notice
