Job responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the assigned department.
Provide direct administrative support to department manager/ supervisor, including email correspondence, and generation and distribution of memos, letters, spreadsheets, reports, and work orders, purchase orders
Maintain and update department databases
Prepare reports on department expenses and budgets
Maintain filing system, contact database and inventories
Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Requirements:
GCE N-Level or equivalent
Proven administrative experience
Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
Ability to adapt to changing situations in a calm and professional manner
