· Purchase of all direct and indirect materials and services. To ensure the purchase meet the company’s specifications and guidelines
· Negotiate with the short-listed supplier(s) to the lowest best price with timely delivery in accordance with the project schedule and the best payment terms
· Execute Purchase Order, matching of Delivery Orders and invoice against Purchase Order

· Purchasing document filing
· Review and evaluation of new and existing vendors and suppliers
· Ensure all deliveries arrive in time to meet project deadlines
· Other procurement functions as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
· At least 3 years of relevant experience, prefer in construction/engineering field
· Diploma in Procurement/Engineering or related discipline
· Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
· Good negotiation skill
· Able to interact with people of all levels and teamworkk
