Key Responsibilities
- Handle basic office tasks, attend to incoming phone calls, collect / manage mails, data entry and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Responsible to source construction materials / equipment / tools, product / price evaluation, negotiation with suppliers, issuance of Purchase Order, monitoring / updating of delivery timeline and ensure that all invoices are matching PO and DO accordingly.
Job Requirement
Min GCE ‘O’ level
Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Proactive, responsible, resourceful, organized approach to multitasking, able to work independently with minimum supervision
