JOB SUMMARY

As part of the Architectural Project Management team, you will act as an important enabler in helping the Company achieve its goal to be the consultancy firm of choice for industrial development projects. Your work scope includes handling projects from design to completion stage, project and contract management including handling of project tenders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinates with Consultants on design, technical and code compliance matter.
• Works with the Project Team in the co-ordination, organization & preparation of concept, prefinal, final submission up to construction documents & drawings
• Maintain regular interfacing with external and internal members of Project Team
• Directing the Technical Team on compliance with Planning and Building Regulations
• Assist in coordination works, provide leadership and co-ordinate the input/output of all involved parties to meet established objectives

REQUIREMENTS

• The candidate must possess a Registrable Degree with Board of Architects Singapore
• Minimum 4-8 years relevant working experience
• Ability to plan, design, and implement building projects such as industrial development and related facilities
• Possess good project management, communication and co-ordination skills, great conceptualization, and presentation skills
• Capable of liaising with the clients, other consultants and knowledgeable in authorities, project execution, coordination, and on-site construction supervision
• Inspect on site during construction to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with all design documents
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop and PowerPoint will be an added advantage
• Self-motivated, performance driven & able to work independently
• Identify and proactively solve detailing or coordination issues which may occur
• Qualified Person registered with BOA who is able to sign will have an added advantage

Job Descriptions:

• Receive incoming goods and verify accuracy against paperwork.
• Learn and generate labels for each pallet or received goods.
• Identify whether goods are frozen, chilled, or dry and collaborate with the team for proper storage.
• Assist in picking and packing, including labeling, for both export and domestic distribution by route.
• Support the preparation of materials requested by production, including planning for thawing if required.
• Plan and coordinate the movement of raw materials to production.
• Receive goods from production and allocate them to the appropriate warehouse storage environment.

Job Requirements:

• Strict adherence to operational health and safety guidelines at all times.
• Strong team player with a supportive mindset.
• Willingness to undergo training in various warehouse areas as needed, to serve as backup or for promotional opportunities.
• Diligent in carrying out assigned tasks.

This role requires candidates that are well versed in MS Office with good attention to details and timelines. Candidates are expected to oversee all PURCHASING adminstrative aspects of projects that the company undertakes - including but not limited to

• Procurement of goods
• Negotiate with vendors, suppliers to define/clarify/consolidate/evaluate request specifications
• Raise /issue/process PO and DO upon approval and forward to vendors and suppliers
• Track receipt of purchases
• Check all incoming good against delivery invoice, request specifications and purchase records to ensure the correct type/quantity/quality
• To monitor inventory levels
• Ensure purchasing processes to comply with internal and external policies and processes
• Versed in MS Office and/or ERP software

The candidate must be able to work well with all departments and be diligent in follow up actions.
