Job Description

• Supply/Demand Forecasting and Inventory Planning:Analyse factory capacity and customer demand across Asia Pacific to develop accurate forecasts and ordering plans.
  Issue purchase orders, coordinate with factories and forwarders for stock replenishment and shipping.
  
• Inventory Management and Optimisation:Implement allocation strategies to optimise inventory levels.
  Prioritise production orders, manage inventory accuracy, and execute inventory control policies.
  
• Data Management and Communication:Manage SAP master data.
  Facilitate communication between factories and subsidiaries regarding pricing changes and maintain price lists.
  
• Reporting and Continuous Improvement:Oversee inventory data reporting and performance metrics.
  Drive continuous improvement initiatives for inventory health, manage sample inventory and orders.
  

The Successful Applicant

• Educational Background: Diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years in inventory planning
• Regional Experience: Experience working in Southeast Asia and South Asia
• Essential Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Excel, Power Query and Power BI
• ERP System Experience: Familiarity with SAP
• SKU Management: Experienced in handling large quantities of SKUs
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Mandarin to communicate with suppliers in China
