Oversee warehouse operations by leading the team members to exceed expectations for productivity, daily workflow, product availability and accuracy.

1. Document Management:Process inbound and outbound paperwork accurately and efficiently.
   Maintain organized records of shipping documents, receipts, and other warehouse-related paperwork on a timely and orderly basis.
2. Order Coordination:Prepare list of orders for picking and packing on various platforms.
   Coordinate with warehouse colleagues to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
   Explain and walk the ground if there is any urgent orders with operation team.
3. Data Entry and Invoicing:Enter pick data accurately into the system to generate invoices for specific customers and dispatch routes.
   Assist in maintaining up-to-date inventory records and month-end billing processes.
4. Customer Service:Handle customer inquiries, including goods returns, in a courteous and professional manner.
