Role and Responsibilities
Oversee all day-to-day MR & PO for all projects
Update daily purchasing reports
Maintain and update pricelist & quotation
Monitor and update on price fluctuations of goods and vendor pricing
Maintain and update record of machinery insurances renewal / LM Certification, Internal Projects Billing (Transports Rental & Others)
Rental Machinery/Equipment & Transport for all projects
Machinery Equipment, spare parts and repairs for all projects
Assist in sourcing and purchasing of all building materials: -
• Steel Structural Materials & galvanising
• Timber & plywood
Any other adhoc duties as assigned by Procurement Manager
