Job Responsibilities
- Results focused - you must have a strong sales focus and proven results
- Assist in maintaining all company policies and standards in relation to running of the store such as store appearance and merchandising
- Manage retail staff, among which includes people working on the floor.
- Training new staff members and scheduling shifts.
- Maintain health and safety measures and store’s cleanliness
- Help, drive, motivate, and encourage retail sales staff to achieve sales targets
- other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in a retail environment.
- Ability to organize inventory while working on the selling floor and backend.
