Job Title: Store Manager / Office Manager

Job Overview: We are looking for a highly-motivated individual to oversee the operations of our store and office at our Singapore Headquarters. As a highly reputable player in the industry, we hire based on integrity and aptitude.
Job Location & Hours: We operate from 2pm - 10pm on Mondays to Fridays, 12pm - 10pm on Saturdays, and 12pm to 8pm on Sundays. Full-time and part-time positions available, flexible schedule. Our work location is at 215 Bedok North St 1, #02-85, S460215, a short walk from Bedok MRT.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the store, including the development and implementation of opening and closing procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Responsible for driving optimal performance on the sales floor by enhancing the customer experience and maximizing profitability.
- Leading human resources functions such as recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management, including making hiring and termination decisions. Managing staff schedules, assigning roles and responsibilities, and establishing clear performance expectations through defined quotas and KPIs.
- Maintaining control over inventory levels, conducting regular stock counts, and ensuring proper stock rotation in line with seasonal changes, promotions, and sales initiatives. Overseeing the execution of shop specials and ensuring product availability to meet customer demand.
- Enforcing high standards of customer service by setting clear expectations for staff behavior and performance, and ensuring adherence to security and safety protocols. Developing and implementing emergency response procedures, including lockdown strategies, while ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Managing loss prevention through effective security practices, monitoring and auditing inventory levels, and ensuring proper documentation. Addressing damaged or defective merchandise promptly and efficiently to minimize impact on profitability.
