As an Inventory Coordinator you will need to:-

- Receive, inspect and record incoming inventory shipments

- Maintain accurate inventory records, including the quantity and movement of items for projects

- Management of faulty items

- Provide regular reports and updates on inventory levels, location, movement, and trends

- Co-conduct regular inventory count and investigate and resolve discrepancies and issues

- Assist and coordinate in Monthly stock take

- Submit monthly inventory report

- Assist in arranging deliveries to outlets

We are looking for:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint will be advantageous.

- Able to start immediately or within short period is preferred

- Process class 3 license

Responsibilities:

• Take the lead in reviewing processes and procedures and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Provides procurement administrative support to ensure efficient operation.
• Generate monthly reports which including inventory and Cost of Good Sales (COGS)
• Responsible for respective outlet invoices receiving.
• Reviewing purchase orders and making sure that they are complete and accurate before approving them.
• Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
• Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
• Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
• Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
• Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
• Pro-actively engage stakeholders to identify sourcing and saving opportunities for the business.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in managing and using e-procurement systems e.g. Agilysys Eatec
• A resourceful team player and leader with a lot of initiative and an ability to work independently
• Possess strong analytical skills and meticulous
• Effective interpersonal skills with excellent command of written and spoken English
• Translator and procurement liaison for Chinese restaurants. Proficiency in Chinese is essential.
