Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record shipments, reporting any issues to management.
• Maintain accurate records using Excel to keep updated inventory levels.
• Oversee picking, packing, testing, and quality control of outgoing and incoming goods.
• Ensure the warehouse remains clean and organized, managing stock availability.
• Handle administrative tasks and documentation related to inventory and shipment
• Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned.

• Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies for engineering spare parts to meet the needs of the maritime port industry.
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate terms and conditions, and establish contracts to ensure favorable pricing and reliable delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels of engineering spare parts to ensure availability while minimizing excess stock.
• Coordinate with the inventory team to optimize stock levels based on demand forecasts and historical usage.

Job Description:

• Maintain accurate inventory records through the use of a computerised inventory system.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording and documenting inventory.
