Originals is expanding and we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Admin Executive to join our team. This junior role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for administrative efficiency, organization, and e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

Ordering

• Consolidate bespoke customer orders and prepare accurate ordering calendars.
• Track orders and shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Process container orders and handle final documentation.
• Draft and manage stock orders.

Receiving & Fulfilment

• Liaise with the buying and warehouse teams to coordinate container processing.
• Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams to address lead times, orders, and deliveries.
• Update and correct stock errors, SKU discrepancies, and stock locations/status.
• Handle cancellations, returns, and exchanges efficiently.

Stock Management

• Generate and analyze stock and purchasing reports.
• Maintain accurate stock levels, incoming stock dates, and online collections in platforms like Dear and Shopify.
• Identify and address overstocked or understocked items.

Content Management

• Accurately create and update product information, including dimensions, materials, and warranties, in Dear and Shopify.
• Ensure product pages are complete with descriptions, tags, and images in line with company templates.
• Perform regular audits of product content and website layout for quality assurance.

Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in procurement, e-commerce, or administrative roles preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in e-commerce platforms like Shopify and inventory management tools such as Dear or similar systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable reports.

Job Title: Warehouse admin (ID3459)
Location: Tuas
Working Hours: Mon-Thurs 8 am – 6pm, Fri 8:00am-5pm
Salary: $3000-$3300

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Keep track of stock levels and update inventory records.
• Process incoming and outgoing orders to ensure timely deliveries.
• Update warehouse systems and generate reports as needed.
• Communicate with suppliers and transport teams to arrange deliveries.
• Record stock movement (incoming and outgoing) accurately.
• Pick items based on order requirements.

Location: Ang Mo Kio
Working Hours: Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm
Salary: $2800 - $3000

Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for independently implementing standardized operations according to SOP and 6S standards, and guiding subordinates to complete orders on time to ensure delivery of orders
• Responsible for dealing with problems in the delivery process, proactively reporting and timely obtaining solutions in case of problems that cannot be solved independently to ensure the timely flow of orders;
• Responsible for completing all kinds of orders in and out of the warehouse and delivery work on time, familiar with all kinds of operation requirements, and regularly summarize and classify the delivery situation, abnormal orders and other data, and timely feedback;
• Responsible for following up the progress of maintenance orders, sorting out and filing and handing over documents, and organizing inventory counting;
• Responsible for the daily work system optimization requirements, solve abnormal problems, optimize work efficiency;
• Responsible for 6S management on site and assist the person in charge.

Job Description:
• Production planning and control of WIP engines in the shop (for materials). Ensure that inhouse/outhouse/purchased parts arrive in time for engine build.
• Execute rotable exchanges when required and perform all transaction in SAP
• Production planning and control of WIP engines in the shop (for manhours/cost). Ensure that clocked hours are well within the budget.
• WIP engines costing consolidation and submission for approval
• Coordination of Costing review meetings with internal stakeholders
• Perform costing submission to Customer Support and ensure jobs are DN/TECO in SAP
• Support overseas MRO shop (STATCO) material requirements and responsible to provide packing list for shipments to overseas MRO shop
• Complete continuous improvement projects to improve processes and productivity

Requirements
