Your Role

We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant Admin to handle administrative task of warehouse daily operations.

What Will You Do

• To handle administrative tasks related to warehouse operations, like documents filing and etc.
• To attend to work e-mail and ensure accurate info dissemination to respective departments.
• To manage documentation, including e-docs, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• To perform and ensure accurate data entry and transaction on our internal documents, like Warehouse Storing Order, Export Tally Sheet, Container records, safekeep of stuffing and un-stuffing photos.
• To manage inventories and consumables for operation.
• To prepare documentations to warehouse personnel for Import & Export as well as Local orders and deliveries.
• To coordinate with Warehouse Supervisors and Storekeepers on Import, Export and Local deliveries matters.
• Ensure proper labelling and counterchecking of orders and shipments.
• To collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Ensure compliance with shipping requirements for both import and export activities.
• To perform thorough checks on shipping documents.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and standard operating procedures within the warehouse.
• To report and address any safety concerns promptly.
• To collate daily warehouse activities to manager for monthly reports.
• To attend to DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc. for daily cargo collections.
• To perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
