• Monitor and expedite outstanding PO from suppliers.
• Ensure correct documentation from supplier and perform purchase receipt based on the Delivery Orders (DO).
• Assist to generate shipping notes to customers for delivery.
• Submit DO and Invoices to Finance.
• Picking and kitting of parts to production
• Posting of kitted parts
• Updating of shortage list for Material request issued to production
• Put away of received materials
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least O Levels or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Candidates with goods receipt and PO generation experience preferred.

Your main roles is undertaking daily Operation document issuing & control in Purchasing Department and ensuring Goods are well received timely and correctly accordance to PO issued. Month End Stock take adjustment and reports submission to Manager timely. Excellent communication skills with Vendors & Suppliers to resolve dispute and reject.

• Collate Purchase Requisitions for materials ordering, issue PO to Supplier or Vendors on the same day and ensure goods received timely.
• Review inventories according to order required.
• Handle all IN/OUT bound documents and permit for overseas.
• Interact with the suppliers on a day to day basis for PO issued and other matters.
• Review Suppliers & Vendors deliveries against PO on daily Basis
• Track status Out standing PO daily and report to HOD if there’s any PO not arrived timely.
• Maintain ISO Supplier System and Yearly Supplier Review reports. Identify Top Tier Suppliers and Vendors half yearly.
• Handle CN from Supplier.
• Ensure that any invoices are sent to accounts for payment in accordance to requirement.
• Manage FA and Non FA Goods.
• All paper work related to Purchasing or tasks given by HOD.

Requirements:

• ITE, N-Level, O level or 3 years experience in Engineering or Construction Business Enviourments Purchase matters.
• Experience in shipping is a Advantage.
• Excellent time management and with Good Memory.
• Well-organized and detailed oriented professional, with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Software Environment. Eg- Excel ,Words & PPT
